Why a Balloon Up the Nose?

Continued from the previous page

So having ESR - Inner Opening Technique™ (or the balloons up the nose) done is for becoming more whole by accessing more of oneself. As we become more whole, we in effect are more than what we were before. We now have more of our spirit present to help us embrace life and make changes for the better in our lives. This can be measured by someone trained in Body Math™ assessing the number of spiritual level (4th level) chakras present. After the release is done and soul parts are returned, there are more spiritual level chakras present. I then have people actively "ground" with the new aspects of their soul or spirit that are now available. This is to "anchor" these new soul parts as represented by the new spiritual level chakras that are now present. This is done by doing a grounding technique from Body Math™. It was through Body Math™ assessment that I originally discovered how profound the effects of "having a balloon up the nose" can be. This inspired me to train in how to do this technique and then modify it to a spiritual awaking technique from a physical medicine technique.

I have found that doing ESR - Inner Opening Technique™ in a group setting at a retreat center is the most profound way to open up. By having the support of a small group of people (who are also having this done) and are all holding sacred space for each other in a special retreat setting, the results are phenomenal. I have a few such places picked out for doing such retreats, one in the mountains of Brazil in the rainforest at a very special retreat center a few hours from Rio de Janero and another out on the very northwest coast of Scotland on the Western Isles. I have also done group ESR retreats at much less exotic locations that are more affordable with great results. And I am always open to new locations for retreats, provided that there is supportive energy there. However there is something about being far away from one's everyday home environment that allows for even greater expansion of one's spirit to occur, especially in a beautiful place connected to nature. People come to Telluride, Colorado where I live for ESR, which is one of the more scenic places in the world surrounded by 14000 foot mountain peaks with dramatic waterfalls.

One last point worth mentioning here is that I will not do ESR - Inner Opening Technique™ unless that person tests for it using Body Math™ assessment methods. Since it is a technique that clearly is not for everyone, and typically has to be a situation of "right timing" in one's life to embrace the degree of change and spiritual opening that can come as a result of it. I have only about 1/3 of the people that I think it might be valuable for, actually test positive for doing it. And a few people have tested for having the more physical medicine technique (the NeuroCranial Restructuring/NCR) done versus doing ESR - Inner Opening Technique™. So I have learned to trust the testing and consequently always get good results because I won't do it on people who do not test positive for it. This therefore allows one's own body and energy field to determine what it needs (or doesn't need) at a given time versus one's idea about what one needs or the belief system of the practitioner (which includes myself).

Finally to answer common questions, I have found that doing four sessions over four days, as I was taught, does seem to be optimal and consistent with the testing on most everyone. For follow-up sessions I have found over the years that we can often get away with only one, two or three sessions (versus the four) depending on how long it has been since the first series. When this is possible it makes follow-up less of an ordeal and less expensive. They typically need to happen within a few months of the last session or series; for if it is much more than 3 or 4 months, another series of four sessions is usually required. People generally will chose to do follow-up sessions depending on what is going on with them and how much time, energy and money they have to put towards their spiritual growth or healing process. Those that chose to do several series of ESR, usually have the goal of accessing and keeping present and strong all 12 chrakras on all four levels, and it can be done. So for most people, this is a real investment in oneself and one's own healing process.
