The good news is that this decline in the presence and functioning of our chakras can be reversed. Instead of following the typical patterns of aging, we can work to have all 12 chakras in all 4 bodies present (that's a total of 48 chakras!) and actually become more healthy and more conscious with age. As we progress through this process, we will become more whole.
It's important to note that this is not an attempt to fight the natural aging process, but rather a process through which we can keep our physical, emotional, mental and spiritual bodies in a healthy state as we grow older. And the sooner we start, the more benefits we can experience throughout our lives. So if one is willing to practice the simple exercises, with diligence and persistence, the self-healing techniques taught through Body Math™ can open the pathways for our vital life-force to flow strongly through all of the chakras. And ESR - Inner Opening Technique™, in conjunction with the Body Math™ exercises, can accelerate the process considerably. For those who are able and willing to fully embrace change in their lives, the results can be dramatic.
ESR - Inner Opening Technique™ is not for everybody because it is a somewhat invasive treatment. The rewards of moving the sphenoid bone, however, can be tremendous. By improving brain function and bringing clarity, it can greatly facilitate access to all 12 spiritual body chakras, as well as increase their presence--improving our light, consciousness, information and organized intelligence. So the ultimate goal of Body Math™ and ESR - Inner Opening Technique™ is to have all 12 chakras present and strong on all four levels. It's that simple, and it does takes work.
