A Fresh Look at Energy Clearing After 28 Years of 'Taking Out the Garbage'

Energy Clearing (Aura Clearing, Chakra Clearing) also known by some as "Cleansing" or as the clearing/cleansing of negative energy, other-dimensional intrusions, entities, evil or possessing spirits (thus truly an "exorcism") is not an easy topic to address, whether we are simply talking or writing about it, or actually doing such energy clearing. This is not necessarily a scary or mystical subject either, however some people do seem to get spooked by it. Perhaps this simply comes from ignorance or not understanding such other-dimensional phenomena. So I would like to share from my observations from my experiences of working with such for almost 30 years now in order to shed some light and de-mystify this subject that can be a little unsettling for some that don’t understand it fully, or have only been exposed to Hollywood’s version.

For me, this is a job about as glamorous as being the garbage man, or perhaps better described as "toxic waste management". It is one that I resisted embracing on a number of occasions in my early career, only to learn that somebody had to do it (otherwise we’d all end-up over our heads in "stinky garbage and sewage"). I was always thankful for the few people I knew who could do this, for their being there to refer those who needed such help (and for giving me my first training in how to ‘take out the garbage’). We, who presently inhabit this planet, are still somewhere between "knee-deep" and "waist-deep" in such toxic waste. So if not for the help of the few that perform such services (both from this dimension as well as from the spiritual dimension) we would likely be completely over our heads in waste. This is not a job that can be done as a martyr either, for it is simply a job that needs to be done from time to time, just like taking out the garbage.

It is my experience that there are certain people that are capable of effectively doing such clearings. It is interesting to note that it is extremely rare to find the red (or root) chakra present in the fourth level, or spiritual layer of the aura. However over the years I have found without exception that those few of us, who I have encountered around the world, that can effectively clear "foreign energy" (which is my preferred name for all such energy that does not belong in our auric field), all have good access to the red chakra in the spiritual level, or at least during such clearings. Those that do not have reliable access to their red chakra in the spiritual level, do not seem to be suited to do this type of work.

I believe that all the various forms of foreign energy that exist around us are part of the mechanisms that keep us from reaching our full potential of having all 12 of our chakras present and functioning in all 4 bodies (physical, emotional, mental and spiritual). It is also my opinion that most forms of foreign energy are not necessarily of an evil nature, at least no more than a mountain lion is to a deer or a shark is to a sea lion. Some may be more predatory, as in the above metaphor, and some may simply be more opportunistic, like omnipresent viruses and bacteria, which will effectively access any weakness we may have in our defenses (our immune system). For that matter the predatory animals will usually aid natural selection by going for the weak or wounded ones as well. So similarly when we have a wound present around us we are more susceptible to attract some sort of foreign energy to us. And even if we are effective in having it cleared from us, or from our energy field, we are still susceptible to "picking up" another until we have effectively healed/closed our wound, to which it is being attracted.
