Level I - Foundations to Body Math™

Course Overview

This 4-day seminar will focus on self-healing techniques to increase the vital life-force within the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual bodies. An understanding of the basic principles of the chakras and the energy flow patterns through these four bodies will be given. Emphasis will be on the cause and effect of energy loss through the many experiences in life creating a negative impact on the flow of one's vital life-force. This is the first level of three levels of training in Body Math™ and is open to both practitioners and non-practitioners. The second level of training for which this seminar is a prerequisite, will teach off-body assessment of the 12 chakras and the four bodies and is designed for practitioners or those that want to learn the off-body assessment to monitor their own progress.

• Basic understanding of the 12 chakras in all four bodies

• Basic understanding of principles of Yin and Yang with specific application to the 12 chakras and the 4 bodies

• In depth understanding of the four bodies (physical, emotional, mental and spiritual) including causes of restrictions in each

• Specific exercises from China for developing the flow and strength of one's internal qi (chi), as well as learning to use the qi found in trees

• Practice of hands-on technique to find the "priority restriction"

• Practice of hands-on techniques for assessing how to find key restrictions in each of the four bodies

• Practice of hands-on techniques for releasing these key restrictions in each of the four bodies, including the priority one

• Very specific meditation/self-visualization techniques for grounding and increasing the flow and strength of the chakras in each body

About the Instructor

David Malin is a wholistic practitioner from Colorado. He has a degree in Physical Therapy, an honorary Doctorate of Divinity and has been practicing alternative therapies since 1977. His extensive training in Craniosacral Therapy, Visceral Manipulation, Gestalt Therapy, Homeopathy, Esoteric Healing, Polarity Therapy and Chinese Healing Methods have taken him on repeated trips to France, Canada and China to study with renown practitioners. David is the developer of both the Body Math™ system of healing and ESR-Inner Opening Technique™. He teaches his work internationally and has been featured on a television special on Alternative Medicine, aired in the U.S. and abroad. His articles on Body Math™ have been published internationally in various professional journals.
